Teaches Yoga

Beatrice has been practicing yoga since 1980. In that time she has explored and practiced a variety of yoga styles: Sivananda yoga, Iyengar yoga, Yin yoga, Jivamukti yoga.

After Sivananda teacher training she began to teach in 2006. She is continuing to learn and be inspired by many other teachings, also attending workshops and retreats.

Through her longing to learn and desire to teach, she has developed her own practice, and her classes are an expression of what she has learned through personal experience. She has developed a fluid style of yoga coordinating the basic Hatha Yoga postures with the breath to align the body and mind.

Class Teacher – Hour of Power

I have been in the fitness industry for 25 years, first as a trainee and then as a trainer.
I have also been involved in martial arts (Muay Thay), weight lifting and aerobics.

Health and fitness is “a way of life" which is my motto and what inspires me. If I am fit and healthy, I am able to approach any situation with a positive attitude, and this is what I teach and hopefully pass on to my class.

I also organise boot camps both here in England and Italy (which is where I am originally from).

I look forward to meeting you.
